2003 Mazda Protege Headlight Repair

I cannot figure out how to get to the headlights to replace a bulb. I don't know if the clips on top of the light housing are to be undone or if the bulb unscrews from the back.

I have a 2003 protege 5 and in my car there is a round rubber seal around the back of the headlight that you have to pull off. Then there is a metal clip inside there that you have to unhook to get the bulb out.
