Hello,

I was wondering if you could tell me what might be wrong with our car. The break and ABS light are on and they will not turn off. We changed the front branks to see if that was the problem but it still remained on. Is this something I should be worried about. And do you know how we can turn it off.

Hi there,

The ABS system has logged a fault and you will have to get a scan done to identify the code. The ABS will be in-op until it has been repaired.

Hi sndr31ply2,

If both lights remains on all the time after starting, then follow what Mark (mhpautos) recommended.

When the brake fluid indicator light remins on while driving, the ABS light will come on. Check brake fluid level, level switch or hadnbrake switch.
