2002 Mazda Protege water leakage

what would need to be done with this leak problem in my 2002 Mazda Protege- water seem to enter the car and drain down to the carpet area front and back also i've found water in the trunk area.

The leak that I have is from the Rain.

check the gaskets in the trunk for leak. does this only appear when driving it or if the vehicle is sitting in the rain?
