2002 Mazda Protege License plate lights

2002 MAZDA PROTEGE

My licence plate lights are shorted to ground which causes the fuse to blow in that circuit. In that circuit are also my instument lights and parking lights.

what do you need help with? the only solution is to trace the wiring of that protected circuit using a tester and replacing the faulty wiring.
