2002 Mazda Protege blower motor speeds

The blower motor speed is only functional on the 4th speed. How can I fix this, or what parts are faulty?

Checked your heater blower resistor which is usually mounted close to the blower motor. That is usually the common problem having only 4 ,1 or 3 speed working. Hope that solve your problem.
