ACTUALLY IT IS NOT THE HEATER BUT THE FAN ITSELF, IT ONLY WORKS ON THE HIGH LEVEL (4).

I HAVE INSTALLED A USED CONTROL SET FROM A WRECKED PROTEGE AND THIS DID NOT CORRECT THE PPROBLEM. IS THERE A FIX FOR THE FAN ITSELF?
