2001 Mazda Protege 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

my front cat converter is on the kitchen table with a hole the size of a large fist in it. Dont know why cat failed to this extreme. Car will turn over but fuel pump will not come on?? Worked before cat blew? no spark either? What is the EGI FUSE??

Check engine fuse 10amp, injection fuse 30amp, main relay and fuel pump relay-
