Hello, this car has a hard time starting. Sometimes it will not start and I have to press the gas pedal to the floor for about 2 seconds then let off and it starts. Sometimes it starts while the gas pedal is pressed. Sometimes it starts fine. Could this be a fuel system or intake problem?

does it do it in pattern? matter with the weather?

try giving it a shot of starting fluid down the throttle body each time you start it.

if it fires up each time then you could suspect a fuel trim sensor/issue with fuel system.

if not it may be spark, but more then likely it is fuel. get back to me.
