How do I relieve the tension on belt so I can replace?

The first pic shows the tensioner on the alternator, thesecond pic doesnt show one, but Im pretty sure the P/S pump has to be loosened, there should be bolts through slotted holes, these are the ones you want.

you didnt answer my question....How do I replace the belts on my car, what bolts do I undo to release the tension? I made a donation.

you undo the locking bolt on the alternator, then back off the tension bolt as seen in the pic
