1999 Mazda Protege 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

I was wondering what kind of fluid I would put in my transmission/transaxle? If I put automatic or manual fluid?

use API GL-4 or GL-5 SAE 75W-90 or 80W-90 (80 if in temps. over 50F a lot).
