Where is the clutch cylinder located and specs for fluid type and level?

The clutch master fluid is connected to the brake master cylinder fluid reservoir. Check the images below (click to enlarge)

CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER
Removal & Installation
On Protege, disconnect battery cables and remove battery. Disconnect and plug flexible hose between brake master cylinder and clutch master cylinder. Remove blower air duct from below instrument panel (if necessary). On 626, remove charcoal canister.
On all models, remove clutch master cylinder nuts. Disconnect hydraulic line at master cylinder. Plug opening. Remove clutch master cylinder. To install, reverse removal procedure. Bleed hydraulic system at clutch release cylinder. See BLEEDING .
