I bought this used recently and the seller said he had to jump it because the battery was weak/drained. Drove it. Everything worked great on the car. Took it home after I drove 20 miles & my voltmeter reads 12 volts on the battery. When I have it on accessory the radio/lights work fine. When I turn the key to start, lights dim to nothing and ignition won't even click. Why would it not turn over if I have 12volts on battery?
