My starter will not turn, I have put in a new battery and replaced the starter what else could it be?

Is starter getting power? Check fuses and starter relay

It is a brand new starter and some times it does start up no problem and some times she just wont start

If that works does that mean the starter siloniod needs to be replaced because with my starter it is attached right to the starter

No that means most likely the ignition switch is failing

Only takes 30 mins or so to replace it on your vehicle, labor fees should be around $40 or so.

Looks like autozone has it new for around $110 or you could get used from local salvage yard for probably half the price.
