1997 Mazda Protege no heat

i installed a new t-stat and after that the heater not working and the coolant staying the top part of radiator and bottom nose not getting hot does it have a bleeder valve that i have to adjust or look for something else??

Remove the thermostat and test it also recheck coolant if its swirling around-let me know
