1995 Mazda Protege Oil in Spark Plug

The car was not turning over, not getting fire. So as I was changing the spark plugs, plugs 2 and 3 were covered in oil as well as the plug reservoir filled with oil. I know this is not good but how serious is it?

you need to change the valve cover gasket
oil will destroy the new plugs and wires
