Hi johnr289,

Removal

Remove Air intake duct.
Drain coolant.
Disconnect upper and lower radiator hoses.
Disconnect oil cooler hoses.
Disconnect cooling fan wire harness couplers.
Remove holding bolts.
Remove radiator.
Remove cooling fans from radiator .

Installation.
Reverse removal procedure.
Top up with coolant.
Run engine for 5 minutes and turn off.
Top up coolant as and when necessary while running.
