hello i have a 1993 mazda protege dx that has been setting for about a year and a half the engine has been started every so often had a half a tank of gas in tank im shure gas has been added to the car during that time i am buying this car from my landlord what kind of tune up should i give this car a major or minor tune up engine slitely runs a little ruf and also turns over four or five times before engine starts.
