I notice a steady drip of what appears to be water from behind the pulley even when the engine is not running. Not much hot air out of the heater. Related problems. Need a water pump replacement. How expensive is that. Think a flush and stop-leak is an option. Where is the petcock on the radiator. Any advice will be welcome. Thanks

Heater will not work properly with low coolant in system and a faulty cooling system part. Most definitely seems like water pump is weaping the coolant which is a sign of failed water pump. Remove bottom radiator hose to drain coolant. I would not recommend a stop leak quick fix product on a failed water pump.
