1992 Mazda Protege cam timing

1992 Mazda Protege 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

hey i just replaced my head gasket and im kinda confused theres 2 timing marks on the pully for the cam i put the car tdc and theres no marks on the belt which way do those 2 littel marks go?
