Electrical problem

I put tha positive cable on the negative side and the negative on the positive side at the batery, now the car wont start, what can be the problem?
i fix the cables and check fuses aready.

Does it turn over and not start or does it do nothing at all when you try to start it?

The indicator on the right hand side of my car is
stuck on, I cant get it to go off so I have had to disconnect the indicators. They arnt flashing they are just on. Would this be a fuse problem maybe?
