2005 Other Mazda Models Two Wheel Drive Manual 20000 miles

2005 mazda rx8 purchased fitch fuel cat drop in type
acess to fuel tank under back seats fuel pump is on the left side. want to put drop in on right side removed seat 4 screws on acess plate. there is a plastic cap that i need to remove how is it fastend how do i remove and get back on without damaging

Psot a pic of what you need to remove. Is this after the seat is out or are you trying to pull the seat?
