Air Conditioning problem

to start with,the blower motor does not work on #1 speed,2&3 blow normal. my problem is the a/c compresor only runs when the fan switch is in the #1 possition where the blower motor don't work. when you turn the blower motor to the 2or3 speeds the a/c compresor tuns off. if you can help with any advise,it would be great. thank you ,ralph jones ps. it is a glc model madza
