1992 Mazda MX6 Changing the flasher

Electrical problem
1992 Mazda MX6 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 240000 miles

My right turn signal doesn't work. Before having to take it all apart to see if it is the bulb, I thought I would just try changing the flasher. I thought it would be up around where the fuses were (under the driver's side dash) but I can't figure it out. It all looks "foreign" to me LOL
