1995 Mazda MX5 Air bag and horn.

Recently my air bag light started blinking. When this happens my horn will not work. When the blinking light stops the horn works. Is this a coincidence or is it related and how do I fix it?

at those times does the cruise control stop working also?

could be a faulty clock spring/coil in the steering wheel.

i dotn suggest you mess with it!
