1995 Mazda MX3 timing gear alignment

I have a DOHC 4 Cyldr 1.6L, I need the cam shaft alignment showing the position markings on all 3 gears, 2 of them being the cam shafts, and the other being the crank. If you had a pic with the view standing at the passenger fender, looking at the gears. Exactly where or which of the many marking is the one that is the "timing marks"? And on the block how is it stamped? Nothing on this vehicle has been easy. And the pic from before is small and unclear as to exactly which and where is located.
