1994 Mazda MX3 shuts off at idle

I added a "stop burn" liquid to my engine to stop oil burning, and all of a sudden everytime my rpm goes below 1000 it shuts off, i can drive no problem but when i slow down and go below 1000 it'll shut off. could this be coincidence or from the stop burn liquid?

Check the idle air control valve, EGR and PCV valves, TPS and Airflow meter
