1993 Mazda MX3 Power Steering belt

I was wondering how to put this belt on my MX-3, i have been looking for a way to loosen up the belt gears to put it on but i cant find one, is there a bolt i need to losen up and if so where is it ?

Is this on a 1.6L or 1.8L engine?

its a 1.6L 4cyl.

Okay. Loosen the bolts and nut and loosen the belt up by turning the adjusting bolt. Pics below should help you identify the correct nuts and bolts.

Thank you much for your help, and one more thing if you have the time, my seat belt is messed up, its the one that is motorized thats on a track, it seems that the motor wants to work but its not quite doing it, should i just get a new motor and track?
