The wipers will come on by themselves when the weather is warm. The only way to turn them off is to turn the key back 1 click or shut the car off. The intermiten wipers never work.

Seems like a multifunction switch problem. Test switch continuity. WIPER/WASHER SWITCH Front Wiper/Washer Switch Turn ignition off. Disconnect wiper/washer switch harness connector. Test continuity of front wiper/washer switch terminals. See FRONT WIPER/WASHER SWITCH CONTINUITY TEST table and Fig. 1 . If front wiper/washer switch does not test as specified, replace wiper/washer switch. FRONT WIPER/WASHER SWITCH CONTINUITY TEST Switch Position Continuity Between Terminals Wipers One-Touch Off Blue/Yellow & Blue/White One Touch On Blue/Red & Blue Intermittent Blue/Yellow & Blue/White Low Blue/White & Blue High Blue/Red & Blue Washer On Blue & Blue/Orange Also check the intermittent wiper relay.
