I just had to redo my brakes as it seems they were wearing only on the edges. I brought them back and the store replaced them without a problem. Now I put the new ones on and the drivers side was fine. The passenger side is very tight putting the drum back on to the point that I can not turn the wheel once it is back on. I measured the circumference of the shoes and the passenger side is about 1/4" bigger. I squeeze the cylinder back to bottom it out but it pushes back out about 1/8-1/4" withing seconds. I tried to open to bleeder valve thinking maybe something was under pressure but it just dribbles out. I am not sure where to go with this. It is also hard to tell if when I bottom out the cylinder if the fluid level rises. Is there a check valve or something I could be missing or is it just replace the cylinder? Also if anyone has a drawing of the rear brakes that would be great. Thank you.

Hi there,

Back off both brake adjusters and the hand brake adjuster at the handle, this should allow the assembly the brakes and fitting off the drum, complete the main brake adjustment first, then do the hand brake adjustment last.
