2003 Mazda MPV dvd entertainment system

My dvd player works but the display on the interior ceiling will not work at all. The player is under the passenger seat and will turn on and play the dvd, but nothing on the screen, and no power to turn on the lights attached to the screen. What could be wrong?

Hello. Thanks for the donation. Much appreciated.

I am not showing any information regarding a DVD player/screen fitted to this vehicle. Perhaps it was aftermarket fitted. So I have no wiring diagrams etc.. I would start by checking fuses and checking you are getting a hot feed to the screen !
