2001 Mazda MPV HOSE POPS OFF IN THE FREEZING COLD

We have been experincing a very cold winter -60 and all of sudden since it has gotten this cold if our vehicle is not warm, the power steering hose pops off and squirts it everywhere, what can i do to fix this problem

Where does th ehose pop off at? the back of the pump? is it the return line? if so have you used a hose clamp to try to hold it on? Maybe if you tryied to have th esystem serviced and flushed it would help, souinds like the fluid is becoming too thick at that temp
