lacks power installed fuel pressure gauge pressure varies from 60 psi to 20 psi under load needle on fuel gauge just keeps jumping around have already changed fuel pump same thing

Fuel System Pressure Fuel line pressure 0.38-0.42 mpa (55-61 psi)
Fuel hold pressure 0.176 mpa (25.5 psi)

Check and test the fuel pressure regulator, fuel pressure control solenoid and fuel pressure pulsation damper-
