1998 Mazda MPV Oil Leak

There is a leak on the very rear left side of the motor as you face the motor from the front. There is an air line the connects at this area that appears to run from the intake manifold and connects to a valve. Could this be a a bad or stuck PCV valve that is causing an oil leak where this line goes into the motor?
