The P1345 code is for crankshaft/camshaft position correlation.
This means that the cam is not where it is supposed to be in reference to the crank. It could be the cam position sensor, the crank position sensor, the gear on the distributor or the timing chain/belt.
If cam sensor goes bad you will normally have a no start situation or very poor performance with erratic gauges.
If you have faulty crank position sensor, the symptoms are usually no start, engine dies after driving a short distance, won't start when hot after shut off.
I suggest you check your timing belt and other belts to ensure they are nice and tight and are not worn.
For the coolant loss, check the water pump that is driven by the drive belt and see if there are signs of leaks there. Also check around radiator, hoses and resevior to look for any cracks or signs of leaks.
