1991 Mazda MPV Heat indicator pointer stays at the center

Dear Sir
In my car heater indicator pointer remains at the center when I drive 4 miles or more. Engine heats up also. I replaced genuine radiator, water pump, Thermostat valve no help

check for air locks in system .. flush cooling system
