2000 Mazda Millenia 6 cyl Automatic 112000 miles

HELLO I HAVE A 2000 MAZDA MILLENIA SUPERCHARGED IT MAKES A REALLY LOUD KNOCKING NOISE UNDER THE PLASTIC MILLER CYCLE ENGINE COVER ITS TO THE LEFT IVE REPLACED THE SUPER CHARGER AND ITS STILL MAKING THE SAME KNOCKING NOISE IT DOES IT MOSTLY WHEN ITS IN DRIVE AND REVERSE THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ANY HELP
