There is a heater circuit malfunction in the bank 2 sensor 1 O2 sensor on my 1999 mazda millenia V6. I have replaced the O2 sensor but believe I may have reinstalled the wiring incorrectly. The vehicle harness htat conects to the O2 sensor contains 4 wires: a large red wire, a yellow wire, a black wire with a yellow tracer and a white wire with a blue tracer. The O2 sensor has 2 white wires which are the heater circuit, a gray wire which is a ground and a black wire which is the signal wire. The only hint from the bank 1 sensor is the large red wire goes to the sensor heater circuit. I am afraid to experiment with the other wires for fear of damaging other electrical components. Could you tell me how the other wires might connect to the sensor? It's a generic O2 sensor

Follow instructions for generic I would not know how the manufacture has it wired. My best advise and over 40yrs experience use the OEM. I know its more money but trust me your about to open a can of worms.
