WHEN THE SETTING IS ON HEAT AND TEMP UP TO 90 THE AIR BLOWING OUT IS NOT HOT. COULD THAT BE A FUSE PROBLEM? IT DID THE SAME THING LAST YEAR. THE THERMASTAT WAS CHHANGED BUT THAT DID NOT HELP THEN ONE DAY IT JUST CAME ON BY ITSELF.

Could be a problem with air mix/blend/mode doors not operating to include vacuum and actuators problems-
