1989 Mazda Millenia 6 cyl Automatic

When I put the car in drive it starts very slow. Even if I give it a lot of gas it has no pick up. When it switches gears it takes off and runs great until I slow down again. What do I need to check first?

Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.

Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard.
