2001 Mazda Miata passenger window

Interior problem
2001 Mazda Miata 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 51k miles

I have power windows and my passenger window will not go down more than 2 inches. It will go back up to close. I have no power locks. I am female so please be as explicit as possible. Thanks Linda

First of all thank you so much for your donation.If you push on the window from the top of the window while your pushing the down button will the window go down further?It sound's like you have a weak window motor or the window glass is binding.

With some pressure the window will go down when it "wants" and it goes up beautifully.The motor is a bit sluggish but it is at the 2-3" point going down where it gets hung up.Could you give me some insight on taking off the door panel to investigate? You Guys are Great !!! Thanks Linda

It sound's like a weak window motor but i posted the door panel removal for you so you can check it out.
