While working on my car's idle adjustment, I acidentally dropped a tool on the diagnostic port in the engine compartment, and the car stoppped running immediately. The car now turns over, but won't start. I don't get any indicator lights (check engine, etc), and can't connect to the ECM to check codes. I checked the EGI relay and it appears OK. Have I damaged the ECM?
