1995 Mazda Miata Car will not run

Engine Mechanical problem
1995 Mazda Miata 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 139K miles

Car will not start. It starts only if I use starter fluid but will not continue to run. Seems fuel is not getting to where it needs to go. I do not know where the fuel pump, or filter are located.

Check the fuel pressure, the fuel pump is in the fuel tank-and injections pulses-
