Car will idle for hours without RAD cap and never get hot. Pressurize system and drive for 20 min. Car overheats. New cap 13 lb,new thermostat 191 deg and radiator is 1 yr old plastic OEM replacement.

Removed thermostat and see very good circulation through radiator. Wired fan to 12v source so it comes on with key and has good pull through radiator.

No water in oil, no white smoke and until car gets HOT there is no lack of horsepower. I have noticed bubbles in radiator and in coolant overflow tank. Parked car on steep incline with nose up and tried to burp th system. fewer bubbles now but still overheating while driving.

Whats happening here. I am new to mazdas and was looking forward to driving the hell out of this car but I am stumped. HELP!!!!!!!!!!
