I just changed the transmission fluid (the recommended 3 quarts), filter, and gasket in my truck, and now it won't go into gear. The shifter on the column works fine (no binding), the rear reverse lights come on when shifted into reverse, but the truck won't move. What have I done?

When you took off the filter-you sure nothing drop from the valve body, also did you properly warm the tranny when when refilling and checking it at the same time.

Is it the correct type fluid. also your refill is just only 1.3 liter
