2003 Mazda b3000 heater fan control switch only runs on hig

I would like to know how to repair the heater/AC fan control switch as it only runs on the high mode. Is this the motor or the switch?

Probably the blower motor resistor. Can be the switch, but usually it's the resistor. It's in the right rear of the engine compartment near the blower.
