2002 Mazda b3000 check engine light and shaking of my truck

My truck recently had a tune up along with the fuel filter being replace now it is shaking when i start it and the check engine light is flashing... it only shakes when it is in 1st gear mostly. It also shifts at high rpms... helppp.

Have the computer scanned for code/s-you have a problem within the engine manangement system that caused the CEL to turn on-This is your starting point of diagnosis,finding out what's going on.
