1992 Mazda b2600 Cannot get it to run

Used carburetor cleaner in the butterfly area and it will sputter but it will not run by itself. Fuel pump?

To rule out the fuel pump and the fuel filter/pick-up strainer, check the actual fuel pressure with a guage.
