where is the transmission control module located?

Hi quintana078, Thank you for the donation. Transmission and engine control unit are integrated into one unit, Power Control Module in the diagram.

the spot in the diagram that you pointed out... the part the store gave me is different... the actual reading on the diagonastic reads... P 0761 shift solenoid c performance or stuck off....

What you are referring to are the shift solenoids and they are located on the automatic transmission valve body inside the transmission. Item 96 to 99 and 102 + 103 in the diagram.
