TRUCK WAS RUNNING FINE STARTED TO SLOW DOWN AT LIGHT AND TRUCK STALLED, TIMMING BELT BROKE, I REPLACED BUT STILL WILL NOT START?

Did you put engine no.1 piston on its compression stroke/TDC and aligned the cam and crank markings and rotor pointing to no.1 cap tower if not the valve timing is off-
