1993 Mazda b2200 not starting

1993 Mazda b2200 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

we have had the carb rebuilt, we have replaced the fuel pump, we have spark at the engine but it will not start, it turns over and thats it.

Have you tried starting fluid thru the carb and the fuel pump producing the correct fuel pressure. If the cylinders are getting fuel and there's spark-best check the valve and ignition timing
